Supremelist Terms and Conditions

1.  NO Full Mailboxes - Do NOT allow your email inboxes to get full. A full email inbox will result in your account being placed on bounce status. Any account that is on bounce status for more than 30 days will be removed by our system.

2. You cannot use misleading subject line in credit mailing(s) for instance if you insert (SOLO AD) in the subject line your account will be removed immediately without notice!

3.  NO SPAMMING -- Immediate Removal!

4.  NO Autoresponders or Autoreplies - Your autoreplies will NOT reach list members and will be automatically recorded as returned mails, thus placing your account on inactive status and subject to possible removal.

5.  NO Filtering of Any Kind on Contact And List Email Accounts - This includes anti-spam challenges - Our script will interpret anti-spam challenges as a returned messages and your account will be subject to possible removal.

6.  NO flaming or foul language to other members.

7.  NO Adult Oriented Messages or XXX Sites/Content.

8.  NO Porno, Adult, Gambling, Illegal Or Warez Sites. Also no site suggesting to find girls from Russia.

9.  NO Racial Or Drug-Related Or Other Illegal Content.

10.  NO Solicitations for Donations without Express Permission from Administration of this List.

11.  NO Multiple Accounts - Anyone opening multiple accounts will be banned.

12.  You agree to receive list messages for other members to your list (subscribe) e-mail

13.  You Agree to Provide a Contact Email Address and will allow up to 5 Solo Ad special credit mailings per day and any Supremelist site news and update mailings from Admin.

14. Upgraded members who upgraded through a one time pay lifetime upgrade offer WILL NOT get monthly credits.

15.  These subjects are NOT allowed to be using when posting your ads on this safelist. We feel these are misleading and very unprofessional. NOTE: Members are expected to follow the spirit of this rule not just the letter of the rule. This means that just because the exact wording of your subject is not here does not automatically make it acceptable. In short, if your subject misrepresents the contents of your ad then it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s not      acceptable.

16.  You can not post the message with the same subject more than once a day

17. Supremelist.com does not recommend, endorse, or affiliate with advertisements advertised by its members and advertiser\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s.

18. Mailing rules, credits, and terms allowed for all membership types may change at any time to help preserve the quality of Supremelist Safelist.

19. Commission structures may change at any time to preserve the quality of Supremelist Safelist.

20. Violation Of Any Rules As Listed In Our Terms Will Result In Your Membership Being Terminated... Without REFUND!

21. We reserve the right to change or add to our rules at anytime.

SPAM POLICY: 
Supremelist Safelist operates on a ZERO TOLERANCE Spam Policy. Your promotional campaigns of Supremelist Safelist shall be through legal and legitimate mediums ONLY.  Under no circumstances will you advertise this list through any unsolicted commercial methods such as, but not limited to, email blasting, etc.  Any spam complaints will result in Immediate Termination of your Member Account and Legal Action for Damages, Costs and Interrupted Revenue will immediately be registered.

ACCEPTANCE OF NON-SPAM MESSAGES, NOTICES, AND OTHER COMPANY ELECTRONIC MAILINGS:
Registering as an member with Supremelist.com requires you Accept ALL messages, notices and other company electronic mailings, to include but not limited to, advertising. If you do not wish to receive these electronic communications, do NOT sign up. False spam complaints will result in Legal Action for Damages, Costs and Interrupted Revenue.

CONTACT FROM REFERRER:
You may receive email from your direct referrer which would be to offer you assistance in growing your Supremelist downline. If this membership feature is abused in any way such as non supremelist related message(s) please let us know and the offending member will be teriminated.

REFUNDS: 
As a general rule we do NOT give refunds once a member has validated their membership because commissions are awarded immediately upon payment.  Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and such refunds will be pro-rated based on a 30 day month, minus any commissions paid. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted simply because a member has changed their mind.

SAVING CREDITS: 
It is acceptable for our members to occasionally build up a reserve of credits in preparation for a mailing campaign.  However, each member must understand that they do so strictly at their own risk.  If for some reason you should lose all saved credits, regardless of how, we will not be able to restore anything beyond the current month allocation minus any mailings made during that month.

KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVE:
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your account remains on active status, to include logging in periodically, ensuring that you are receiving messages to both your contact and list email accounts, and by sending an occasional ad to the list.  If a day goes by that you do not receive messages to your list email account you should automatically suspect that your mail is being rejected for some reason.  Failure to maintain an active account my result in a loss of your account and all credits.  If your account is inactive for 90 days or more it will be removed by our system and you will lose all earnings and downline.

REFERRAL CONTEST:
Winner(s) of referral contest will be paid via paypal. Winner(s) will be contacted through their contact email for their payment information. If for some reason paypal payment cannot be provided to winner(s) an alternative payment method will be used.

A voluntary unsubscribe or removal through rules breach does not warrant any refund and none will be given.
  
These rules are the terms and conditions of membership.  By opening an account and by use of our service, you agree to be bound by them if you do not agree with them please do not open an account or remove your account if existing member.
