1. I never received the confirmation email(s) what should I do?
If you do not receive your validation links or need to change your
email(s), please login into your account and go to the Account Information section.
However some email service providers may completely block mail
from supremelist.com. If you tried having the confirmation
email resent to you already, but still never get it please
check this video.
2. My account is on "Pending" status what does this mean?
When our system receive's 6 or more bounced messages from your email account it places the account on Pending status. 2 hours the system sends a test message to this account and if the test message bounces - your account is placed on pending-2 mode, otherwise the account will be activated. The system will hold an account on pending-2 mode for 10 hours, then a new test message will be sent and only if the bounce system receive's the (second) test message back - the account will be placed on bounce mode, otherwise it will be activated.
3. My account is on "Bounce" status what does this mean?
When your account is placed on bounce mode it means our system has received too many bounced messages from your email. In order to reactivate your account please update your list/contact emails from here.
4. How does the standard mailer work?
Using the standard mailer you can send your ads without having to
spend any credits. Click here for the chart detailing how often per
member level you can send your ad using the standard mailer.
5. How does the credit based mailer work?
With the credit based mailer you can email your ads to the list
a certain amount of times per day as long as you have credits left.
This is a really good feature because it allows you to save your
credits and use them whenever you want to.
7. How can I earn credits?
You can earn credits by referring others to our Safelist and by
clicking on special links into emails that you receive from our
Safelist. The amount of credits you earn is based on your member
level.
9. How does the Ad Rotation System work?
When you add your banner or text ad to ARS, It will be put in rotation
with the ads of other members and will be randomly displayed on
our site every time a page is loaded.

15.(Upgraded member) Why don't I get monthly credit's?
If you upgraded via a lifetime special upgrade offer the YOU WILL NOT get monthly credit's. Monthly credit's are only
